Please do not contact your GP for a COVID-19 vaccine

The first phase of the NHS Covid-19 vaccination programme has started. When it is the right time you will receive an invitation to come forward. For most people this will be a letter, either from your GP or the national NHS. This letter will include all the information you will need to book appointments, including your NHS number. Please do not contact the NHS to get an appointment until you get this letter. Information on the vaccine is available on here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/coronavirus-vaccine/

Please follow the government guidelines and do not come into the surgery, and make use of our online services or contact us by telephone.

If you are asked to come in, or have no access to any of the above means of contact then to help protect our patients and our staff we are asking that you attend alone or with no more than one other person to help you. On arrival you will be asked to speak to a member of staff through an internal window so that we can direct you most appropriately.

New arrangements introduced from January 2015 give people greater choice when choosing a GP practice. Patients may approach any GP practice, even if they live outside the practice area, to see if they will be accepted on to the patient list.

The new arrangements mean GP practices now have the option to register patients who live outside the practice area but without any obligation to provide home visits.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we are limiting access to the Surgery. If you like to register with Us, Please click on the link below and complete the registration online.
