Before you register, please contact the surgery to confirm your address is within our catchment area where you are living or staying temporarily. You can also check this on our website via the practice area tab.

Our practice area is bounded by St Stephen's Road, Mile End Road, Bishops Way and Vallance Road. We only accept new patients from within these areas.

Do I need ID to Register?

You do not have to provide ID when registering with a GP, but

it is helpful to do so. It is Helpful if you can provide at lease one of the following below:

-Passport

-Driving Licence

-NHS Number

-Birth Certificate

-Biometric residence permit

-Travel Document

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.


You may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.
